booking conditions

 

            Talent is booked by the hour, half day, or full day.  When Booking online you will have the choice of 2 Hours, Half Day, or Full Day

            Report and Finish Time must be designated at the time booking is made.

FULL DAY RATE:
            Is calculated as 7 times the normal hourly rate.
            A FULL DAY is eight consecutive hours.

 
HALF DAY RATE:
            Is calculated as 3.5 times the normal hourly rate.
            A HALF DAY is four consecutive hours.

 

OVERTIME:
    Is calculated as time and a half.
            OVERTIME is anytime before or after the designated Report and Finish Time.

 

SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS

 

LINGERIE:
            Is always time and a half, unless otherwise agreed to, in writing, at time of  booking.            A closed set and private changing room is required on all lingerie bookings. When booking online Lingerie Rate will be stated as a booking option.

 

SHEER LINGERIE or NUDES:
 Is always DOUBLE TIME, unless otherwise agreed to, in writing, at time of booking.
A closed set and private changing room is required on all lingerie and nude bookings. When booking online Sheer Lingerie Rate or Nude Rate will be stated as a booking option.


FITTINGS, TRY ONS, AND WARDROBE CHECK:
 Full Rate billed in half an hour increments, one hour minimum. If you need to book a model for a fitting please contact the agency by phone (414) 476-5983 or by email fittings@theimagesagency.com

 

PREPARATION TIME:
            Make Up, Hairstyling etc. Full Rate, Should be included in the time needed for the shoot when booking the model online. Example, if you need the model for a 2 hour shoot consider taking the half day rate, if there are special make up or hairstyling needs.

 

TRAVEL TIME:
            Half rate, for bookings outside of Milwaukee County, WI, unless otherwise agreed to, in   writing, at time of booking. When booking online a flat rate will be quoted for travel fees. This rate will be all inclusive for model's travel requirements.  

  TRAVEL EXPENSES:
            Air Fare, Hotels, Rental Cars, Taxis, or other ground transportation, and per dium are to      be paid  by client, as prorated by agency, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, at time of   booking. When booking online a flat rate will be quoted for travel fees. This rate will be all inclusive for model's travel requirements.

 

CANCELLATIONS:  (by client)
      All cancellations will be charged full fee. Including any and all prorated travel expenses for; Air Fare, Rental Cars, Taxis or other ground transportation, and per dium.

CANCELLATIONS: (by model)
The Images Agency frowns on models cancelling an accepted booking, it is a violation of their contract with the agency. Model cancellations are subject to legal action against the model by the agency, and in some cases on the behalf of the client. However in rare instances, situations may occur that make it reasonably impossible for the model to attend a booking. In the case of travel cancellations or delays by an airline, the agency will work with the model and client to get the model to the booking as soon as reasonably possible. In cases of medical emergencies or deaths in the model's family, and where it is absolutely impossible for the model to attend a booking, the agency will extend to the client a full refund of fees, and then offer to arrange a new booking date.


RESCHEDULE:
    Client will be charged an additional rescheduling fee equal to one half of the full fee.

           

Hair, Make Up, Nail, and Wardrobe requirements, billing information, or any other special
requirements must be specified by client when making a  booking.

 

Agency must check with model for availability before accepting any bookings.

 
  TENTATIVE BOOKINGS:
      If a client does not exercise their option to release or confirm a tentative booking within 2     hours of inquiry, the agency reserves the right to cancel the booking, allowing other secondary bookings to take precedence.  CASTINGS
If the agency is called on by a potential client to seek a specific look for an assignment with the client, it is considered a casting for that look and is subject to an agency casting fee.

USAGE FEES:
All product bookings subject to negotiation, and must be checked for conflicts. No ad, package, poster, billboard, point of purchase display or model's name to be used unless negotiated and cleared by agency.   VIDEO DISPLAY:
            Must be negotiated prior to booking.

TELEVISION & FILM:

TERMS:

Fees paid in full, in advance with company credit card is preferred. There is no agency fee when paid in full in advance by credit card. This applies to all online bookings.

 

            Fees paid in full, in advance by company check will be charged a 5% agency fee.

            All unestablished clients must place a minimum downpayment to secure the booking
            date. The downpayment will be equal to 50% of the full booking fee.

 

            There is a 20% agency fee on all invoiced bookings. If you wish to be invoiced for a booking, please contact the agency by phone (414) 476-5983 or by email at

            There is a 20% agency fee on all usage charges.

            A 7% finance charge will be applied on all bookings not paid within 30 days.

            It is not permitted to use photos, film, video or digital images for any purpose,
 until all fees have been paid in full.


INTERNET BOOKING PROCEDURE


Select the model or talent you are interested in booking by clicking on their photo or name.

This will take you to their images homepage.

Click on Check Rates.

 This will take you to their rate page. On this page you will see a selection of rates for various booking situations. Select the rate that best applies to the needs of your specific situation.

All internet bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking by credit card.

Once your credit card is approved you will be directed to the booking information page. On this page you will fill in your contact information, booking date and booking information, needs and uses.

Once your booking information is received by our agency we will check the model's availability, and we will contact you by telephone. If the model is available we will go over your specific booking needs with you on the telephone. Keep in mind if you intend on using images of our models for any commercial publication, or use, additional usage charges may apply. Once we have all the specific infromation confirmed we will send you a booking confirmation notice by email. In the event a model is not available for your booking date we will issue a full refund of all fees paid.
