REFUNDS TO BEGIN IN MARCH 2010
After a very prolonged period of
waitng, we are pleased to announce that we will be able to begin
issuing refunds to Shatner ticketholders in early to mid March 2010.
This has been a very long frustrating wait and time for both the Ticket
holders, as well as, us here at Prestige Entertainment.
The refunds will be slow going, however. We can only refund 1 or 2
tickets per week. We feel this is still a better option than our
consideration of Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Refunds will be in the order the returned tickets were received. We
have received 38 tickets back out of 46 tickets sold. We figure,
everyone will be refunded within 38 weeks or less. We hope by the end
of the summer of 2010.

All Ticketholders have been mailed a certified letter with refund
instructions.

We have reached the closing date of Sept 30, 2009 to mail in refund
request forms.
As stated on the form it will take up to 90 days to process all
refunds. There is no need to contact us prior to 90 days after the
closing date. Refunds will be given in the order they were received.
